Mr. Liu Xinfeng is the present Director General of the Center of Science and Technology Industrial Development (CSTID). Mr. Liu joined the Ministry of Construction (now “Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development”) since 1994 and has almost 30 years’ experience in construction management. He has plenty of work experience in the Department of Construction Industry, Department of Construction Market Administration, General Office in the Ministry of Construction and General Office of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. In 2013, he became the deputy director of the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Tibet, supervising the construction related work in Tibet for more than 5 years before he came back to Beijing as the Director General of CSTID.
