1. CIC has the right to select the photographs/videographs taken during the event, whether edited or original, for the purpose of publicity and promotion. CIC reserves the right to provide the photographs to other organisations for their use if necessary.

2. The CIC may at its absolute discretion without notice at any time and under any circumstances withdraw or modify the provisions of any services.

3. The admission will be arranged on a “first-come-first-served” basis. Entry into the conference is subject to full payment being received by the Organisers prior to its commencement.

4. All tickers are non-refundable. In case of any dispute, CIC reserves the right of final decision.

5. Attendees may nominate another person to attend on their behalf up to 2 weeks prior to the start of the event. Notice of substitution must be given in writing up to the Organisers at info.CIExpo2019@milton-hk.com

6. All fees payable are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
